We are one of Sweden's most successful ICA stores, featuring our own Hall of Food, an in-house bakery, and a strong focus on quality, culinary joy, and development. About the Role

As a store employee in the meat team, you are a vital part of the daily operations at the Packaged Fresh Department. You will work with product picking, sales, customer service, and ordering, while ensuring the department is well-stocked, inspiring, and sales-driven. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop within assortment, sales, and business acumen. You will work closely with colleagues and leaders in an engaged team where collaboration and responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining customer interactions with practical store work. You are responsible, structured, and have a genuine interest in food, quality, and sales. You identify what needs to be done, take initiative, and contribute to both results and job satisfaction. What We Are Looking For

• Experience from ICA or other grocery retail
• Interest in meat, cooking, and quality
• Good understanding of sales, shrinkage, and profitability
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently while being a team player

Experience working with meat, fresh goods, or ordering is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

About the Employment

The position is 30 hours per week on average, permanent, with a six-month probation period.

Desired start date: August 15th or as agreed.

Working hours are varied and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
